RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Exchange or store credit will be issued within 48 hours of returned items. All returns and exchanges must have the original receipt present and product must be sealed in the original packaging and in the original condition.  If product is damaged through the postage system, please contact us immediately.

SAFEGUARDS AND RETENTION

We have implemented reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures in an effort to safeguard the personal information in our custody and control against theft, loss and unauthorised access, use, modification and disclosure. We restrict access to personal information on a need-to-know basis to employees and authorised service providers who require access to fulfil their job requirements.
